So many lay persons in a state of life (married, engaged, dating, singles ...) joined this little work to live their vocation to holiness which is called the first Christian to be salt and light in the land, fighting along the established against the scourges that plague our world today. Where we can not get established, and our lay people are proclaiming the kingdom, witness of holiness in work, family, schools, leisure environments. They involve us in a number of pastoral evangelism meetings and other works which are proper to their state of life.

It is a fundamental characteristic of the lay state to live in the midst of the world and act on it through the proclamation of the gospel and its Christian witness.

"The laity are especially called by God to make the Church present and active in those places and circumstances where only through them it can get as salt of the earth" (Pius XI, Encyclical fortieth Anno).

As members of the fraternity are called to be bearers of love and hope to all those who are in a state of profound physical weakness, moral, mental, and spiritual; The poor in its many faces. "Whenever you did it for one of these my brethren, it was myself that you have done" (Matt. 25:40).

They are called to be heralds of the new evangelization through the world, promoting and working in unity with other members of the fraternity in kerygma meetings, seminars, revivals, offensive, retreats, etc..

Through its unique gifts, are also called to contribute to the work of evangelization through the arts (music, dance, theater, literature), art (profession, specialization, crafts, etc.) and science (courses, studies, teaching, etc.)..

Anyone can be a member of the alliance since it is open to take all that charisma and seeks to live according to it.

After a year of walking and in accordance with the opinion of those responsible, the Work will be admitted publicly, preferably in the celebration of Mass. During three years renew their promises and fourth years will make your membership permanent fraternity.
